Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided in person, after a consultation. Results vary from person to person. In a medical emergency, call 911. See also our medical disclaimer.

Treatment

Every treatment starts with a review of your skin and health history. We may recommend a different treatment, or decline to treat, when a treatment isn’t safe or suitable for you. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent.

Prices and offers

Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price that applies is the one confirmed when you book. If a price on this site is shown in error, we’ll tell you the correct price before your treatment. Offers, packages and memberships follow the terms shown when you buy them and can’t be exchanged for cash. Memberships have a 3-month minimum.

Booking, cancellations and no-shows

Online booking is handled by Vagaro, and their terms also apply to bookings made there. We hold a card on file for appointments. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the fee shown in our cancellation policy on our Contact page and when you book.

Payment and financing

Monthly payments through Affirm are subject to Affirm’s approval and terms.

Text messages

When you text us, we reply about your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Please don’t send medical details by text. See our privacy policy.

Photos and results

Before-and-after photos are of real clients, shown with their permission. They show individual results, and your results may differ.

Our content

The text, photos and design of this site belong to Tourmaline Skin Care & Laser or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our written OK.

Other websites

Links to other sites (such as Vagaro, Google and Affirm) are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or policies.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its content. This doesn’t limit any rights you have as a patient or under Texas law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
